SAN DIEGO and ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Electronic Output Solutions (EOS) is
using Xerox Corporation’s iGen4 Press™ to turn billing statements
into business-generating transpromo pieces and direct-mailings into targeted
campaigns.
The San Diego-based company recently produced a greeting card style direct-mail
piece for the west coast region of Time Warner Cable, the second-largest cable
operator in the U.S. The full-color direct-mail piece targeted potential customers
and included personalized offers, varying graphics on both sides and coupons
with perforated edges. The Xerox iGen4’s high image quality and media
handling allowed for complete area coverage – including the perforated
edges.
With the iGen4 press, which offers the largest cut-sheet size of any digital
color press, EOS was able to print Time Warner Cable’s greeting cards
three-up – maximizing paper and production time. The press accommodates
14.33" x 22.5" sheet size, and offers an easy and cost-effective way
to add color to transactional documents such as financial statements and telecom
invoices.
“The advanced color profiling of the iGen4 press saves significant time
by automatically matching colors and keeping the color consistent throughout
the print run,” said Terry Fyffe, president of EOS. “The press is
a clear differentiator for us. We can quickly and economically produce personalized
postcards or service invoices that are a perfect match to our customers’
branding color, logo and style.”
To ensure accuracy and customer security, the company is certified in Statement
on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70 Level 2). EOS completed an in-depth audit
to guarantee data security for critical documents like statements and invoices.
A member of Xerox’s Premier Partners Global Network, EOS specializes in
complex database driven marketing. The company produces bills, brochures and
direct-mail pieces for service providers, financial institutions and universities
nationwide.
